Top Quality, No Cutting Corners

Top Quality, No Cutting Corners

Quality’s our top priority—we have a dedicated QC team watching every step of making our fixed  circuit breakers. Every part of the production line gets full testing; we never cut corners. First, we check all raw materials really well, so only the best go into each breaker. That’s how we make sure they last long and work reliably. From the first raw material check to the final test before we send it out, we pay attention to every little detail. So every breaker we send you meets all quality standards and runs well for years.

What is the difference between fixed and draw-out circuit breakers?

Fixed: The main body is installed permanently. Any maintenance work requires power cut-off and cabinet cover removal. It is compact in structure, cost-effective and occupies little space.

Draw-out: It can be pulled out and pushed back, which facilitates maintenance work and ensures high safety. However, it is more costly and is mainly used in critical medium and high-voltage circuits.

What are the installation requirements for fixed circuit breakers?

First, vertical or horizontal installation must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines—most models require vertical installation. Second, the switchgear cabinet should be well-ventilated, and the installation environment must be free of corrosive gases, dust, and flammable or explosive materials. Finally, the wiring must be fastened securely, insulating components should be clean and undamaged, and the grounding system must be reliable.

What are the operating temperature requirements for fixed circuit breakers?

Normal operating temperature range: -15°C to +40°C.
