The main causes include malfunctioning limit switches, misalignment, or oxidized contacts; or a jammed gear in the energy storage mechanism, or a fatigued spring that fails to return to its proper position. We need to adjust and calibrate the limit switches and clean the contacts; inspect and lubricate the drive gears; and replace the spring immediately if it has lost its tension to prevent the motor from burning out due to prolonged idling.
- First, inspect and replace the indicator light;
- Tighten the secondary terminals;
- Clean and polish the auxiliary switch contacts, and calibrate the interlock positions.
- Check whether the mechanical latch is sticking and resets normally;
- Inspect the insulation of the secondary circuits; re-verify the protection settings;
- Ensure proper moisture protection inside the cabinet.
